What is Coaching?

Co-active coaching is a robust professional relationship of equals and is purposefully designed to bring about meaningful and productive change in your life. As your coach, I actively commit to partner with you on a bold and rich journey toward self-discovery and meaningful action. 

A powerful coaching relationship helps you stay accountable to yourself and your dreams. Some people invite me to be their coach because they want to give birth to that dream they have been gestating for years. Others because they want to experience a shift in confidence and authenticity.

My first question for you, and it's a big one, is, "What do you truly want?" Notice a slight shift in your thinking. This is where you start thinking bigger...beyond the facts and stuff of your life as it exists now. "What would your life look like if it were wildly and deeply fulfilling to you?" "Who would you be?" "What would be possible?"

Where these thoughts take you  . . . "THAT" is the territory of coaching.

Interpreters all along the career path want to transform their lives - to wake up and stand in their own truth. I work with sole proprietors, entrepreneurs and interpreters, across the professional spectrum. I find myself particularly drawn to people who have been speaking or working for other people and are feeling a call to find and reclaim their own unique voice.

I specialize in helping people recover their true selves, transform their thinking and change their lives in simple and grand ways. The answers are within you - I have no doubt - and that is where we look. I believe that the personal and internal work we do ultimately reverberates on a much larger scale.
